The 288-pin edge connector and the key position identify the form factor; the register in the centre of the module is what separates an RDIMM from an unbuffered UDIMM. 64GB DDR4-3200 RDIMM - Label
The label carries the part number, capacity, rank and speed, and it is read and checked against your order before anything ships. 64GB DDR4 RDIMMs are sold as 2Rx4 and as 3DS stacked parts, which sit on the same platform but are not interchangeable everywhere. 64GB DDR4-3200 is the module people buy when they want capacity without LRDIMM pricing, and it is also where the 2Rx4 versus 3DS question bites. A 64GB DDR4 RDIMM exists as a 2Rx4 part with x4 DRAMs and as a 3DS stacked part, and while both are registered ECC DDR4-3200, platform support and channel population rules are not identical. If your platform documentation names an organisation or a stacking type, tell us and we match it rather than guessing. The other thing worth knowing: filling a channel with 64GB parts rather than 32GB halves the module count for the same capacity, which matters on servers that are already short of DIMM slots, but it costs more per gigabyte in most of 2026. If you tell us the server model and the target capacity, we will tell you which route we would take. Full server memory range. Transparent Pricing
2026 Reference Pricing by Configuration
We do not publish a fixed price for DDR4 RDIMM. DDR4 has been pulled upward by the DDR5 shortage through 2026 and the secondary market repriced weekly rather than quarterly, so a posted figure would be stale before it was useful. Every 64GB DDR4-3200 module is quoted against the tray or pull stock we can confirm for your quantity, at the rate in force that day. Tell us quantity, platform and organisation and we will put a firm figure in writing with the date it holds until.
Single Modules
On Request
Individually checked modules, new or pull condition stated before you commit. Quoted against live stock.
Matched Kits (8, 12 or 16 DIMMs)
On Request
One lot and one organisation across a full channel population, so a 2P build is not assembled from mixed batches.
Volume Orders (50+ modules)
On Request
Batch quantities consolidated from our Hong Kong warehouse, with freight and packing quoted alongside the memory.
No price is published on this page: the 2026 memory market moved faster than a printed figure can stay accurate. Send quantity, server model and organisation (2Rx4 or 3DS) and we quote against live stock. Related reading: DDR4 vs DDR5: upgrade or hold and capacity planning across 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.

Quality Process
What We Check Before a 64GB DDR4-3200 Module Ships
Part Number and Label Read
The label is read and photographed, and the part number, capacity, rank and speed rating are checked against your order specification. A 64GB DDR4 RDIMM exists in several part numbers across vendors and stacking types, and the label is the only reliable statement of which one you are getting.
Organisation and Stacking Verified
Rank, DRAM width and stacking are verified rather than assumed, because a 2Rx4 part and a 3DS part of the same capacity can behave differently once a full channel is populated.
SPD Read
SPD is read on a test platform to confirm the module reports the capacity, speed and organisation it should. A module can pass a visual check and still carry SPD the platform refuses.
Gold Finger and Register Inspection
Edge connector and the register area inspected under magnification for wear, scoring and bent pins, the two faults that most often stop pull memory from seating cleanly.
Serial Logging
Serial numbers are recorded per module before packing, so a mixed or short shipment traces back to the specific units dispatched rather than to a carton.
Report in the Box
Every unit ships with its per-machine diagnostic report and warranty. Full process: inspection guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a 64GB DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM cost?
We quote it rather than publish it. DDR4 followed the DDR5 shortage upward through 2026 and the secondary market moves weekly, so a fixed figure goes stale quickly. Send quantity and server model and you get a firm number in writing with the date it holds until.
Should I use 64GB DDR4 RDIMM or LRDIMM?
RDIMM unless you need the capacity. LRDIMM exists to put far more capacity on the same number of slots by buffering the data lines, and it costs more per gigabyte. If 64GB modules already reach the capacity you need, RDIMM is the cheaper route. Move to LRDIMM when you are slot-limited and need 128GB or more per DIMM, or when the platform specifically calls for it.
Is 64GB DDR4-3200 available as 2Rx4 and as 3DS?
Yes, and the distinction matters. Both are registered ECC DDR4 at the same capacity and speed, but 3DS parts stack DRAM dies and are not accepted identically by every platform or BIOS revision. Tell us the server model and we will tell you which version we would ship.
Can I mix 32GB and 64GB DDR4 modules in one server?
Yes in most cases, and it is common when extending an existing population, but the channel then runs at the speed and timings of the slowest module and the mixed ranks can force a lower speed on some platforms. If you are extending an existing server, tell us what is already fitted and we will match it rather than sell you an incompatible upgrade.
Are these modules new or pulled?
Both are available and the condition is stated line by line before you order, never after. New modules carry the manufacturer warranty process; pulls are tested and carry our own 1 year written warranty. If a quote does not state condition, ask us and we will put it in writing.
