32GB DDR4-2933 ECC LRDIMM
A 32GB 4Rx4 ECC load-reduced DDR4-2933 module (PC4-23466) at 1.2V, for platforms that support LRDIMM. The load-reduced buffer is what makes four ranks on one module possible, and four ranks is what creates this capacity. The trade is one speed step and a board that must accept the type.

LRDIMM is not a marketing variant of RDIMM, it is a different electrical design: the load-reduced buffer isolates the DRAM ranks from the memory bus, which is how a quad-rank module can be driven at all. The practical consequence is that you cannot mix LRDIMM and RDIMM in the same channel, and the platform has to support the type. At DDR4-2933 a 32GB 4Rx4 module is the cheaper way to capacity than stacking two 16GB modules where slots are short. Full server memory range. Transparent Pricing
2026 Reference Pricing by Configuration
We do not publish a fixed price for DDR4 RDIMM or LRDIMM. DRAM contract pricing has been repricing through 2026 at a rate that makes a printed figure stale within days, so every module is quoted against the tray or pull stock we can confirm for your quantity, at the rate in force that day. If you need a number to budget against, tell us the quantity and the platform and we will put a firm figure in writing with the date it holds until.
Single Modules
On Request
Individually checked modules, new or pull condition stated before you commit. Quoted against live stock.
Matched Kits (8 or 12 DIMMs)
On Request
Full channel or socket population drawn from one lot, so a dual-socket build is not assembled from mixed batches. Tell us your platform and channel count.
Volume Orders (100+ modules)
On Request
Batch quantities consolidated from our Hong Kong warehouse, with freight and packing quoted alongside the memory.
No price is published on this page by choice rather than omission: DDR4 pricing has been moving too fast in 2026 for a static figure to be honest. Send quantity, platform and whether you need RDIMM or LRDIMM and we will quote against live stock. Related reading: server memory capacity planning and buying server CPU under memory inflation.

Quality Process
What We Check Before a 32GB DDR4-2933 LRDIMM Ships
Type Confirmed as LRDIMM
The single most expensive mistake in DDR4 buying is an LRDIMM shipped where an RDIMM was needed, or the reverse. We read the label and verify the type before anything is packed.
Rank and Organisation
4Rx4 is verified against the label, because a quad-rank module places a heavier electrical load on the channel and the platform has to be specified for it.
Buffer and SPD Check
The load-reduced buffer and the SPD are inspected, and the SPD read is compared against the label.
Gold Finger and Pin Condition
Edge connector inspected under magnification for wear and bent pins - a pulled module can be electrically sound and still fail to seat cleanly.
Serial Logging
Serial numbers recorded per module before packing, so a mixed or short shipment can be traced to the units dispatched.
Report in the Box
Every unit ships with its per-machine diagnostic report and warranty. Full process: inspection guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a 32GB DDR4-2933 ECC LRDIMM cost?
We quote rather than publish. DDR4 pricing through 2026 has moved too fast for a static figure to stay honest, so we confirm condition and stock for your quantity and put a firm figure in writing with the date it holds until.
What does 4Rx4 mean, and does it matter?
quad rank, x4 DRAMs - the "R" is ranks per module and the "x" number is the DRAM package width. It matters because the platform sets a rank limit per channel: a four-rank module loads the channel like two two-rank modules, so the processor datasheet decides how many of these you can fit per channel, and mixing organisations in one channel can force a lower speed.
Will DDR4-2933 modules run at full speed in a faster platform?
They run at 2933. Memory support settles at the speed of the slowest module in the channel, so a DDR4-2933 part pins that channel to 2933 even on a board rated to 3200. If you want the higher figure, populate the whole channel at the higher speed; mixing speeds gives you the lower one.
Can I use these alongside RDIMMs I already have?
Not in the same channel. LRDIMM and RDIMM use different buffering and the platform will either refuse the population or fail to train. Tell us what is already installed and we will tell you whether the population works or whether the two types should stay on separate servers.
Are these modules new or pulled?
Both are available and the condition is stated line by line before you order. New modules carry the manufacturer warranty process; pulls are tested and carry our own one year written warranty.
