2666 is the DDR4 speed step that most of the 14th generation and the first two Xeon Scalable generations actually run, which makes this the practical LRDIMM choice for those platforms rather than the 2133 part. As with any LRDIMM, the type has to be supported by the board and cannot share a channel with RDIMM. If the platform can only reach 2133, the 2133 part is the cheaper way to the same result. Transparent Pricing

2026 Reference Pricing by Configuration

We do not publish a fixed price for DDR4 RDIMM or LRDIMM. DRAM contract pricing has been repricing through 2026 at a rate that makes a printed figure stale within days, so every module is quoted against the tray or pull stock we can confirm for your quantity, at the rate in force that day. If you need a number to budget against, tell us the quantity and the platform and we will put a firm figure in writing with the date it holds until.

Single Modules

On Request

Individually checked modules, new or pull condition stated before you commit. Quoted against live stock.

Matched Kits (8 or 12 DIMMs)

On Request

Full channel or socket population drawn from one lot, so a dual-socket build is not assembled from mixed batches. Tell us your platform and channel count.

Volume Orders (100+ modules)

On Request

Batch quantities consolidated from our Hong Kong warehouse, with freight and packing quoted alongside the memory.

No price is published on this page by choice rather than omission: DDR4 pricing has been moving too fast in 2026 for a static figure to be honest. Send quantity, platform and whether you need RDIMM or LRDIMM and we will quote against live stock. Related reading: server memory capacity planning and buying server CPU under memory inflation.

What We Check Before a 32GB DDR4-2666 LRDIMM Ships

1

Type Confirmed as LRDIMM

An LRDIMM shipped where an RDIMM was needed is the most expensive mistake in this part of the catalogue. The label is read and the type verified before packing.

2

Rank and Organisation

4Rx4 verified against the label - a quad-rank module loads the channel differently and the board has to be specified for it.

3

Speed Rating Checked

The 2666 rating is read from the label and the SPD rather than assumed from the part number family, because the same family ships in several speed bins.

4

Gold Finger and Pin Condition

Edge connector inspected under magnification for wear and bent pins before the module is accepted into stock.

5

Serial Logging

Serial numbers recorded per module before packing so a short or mixed shipment is traceable to the exact units dispatched.

Report in the Box

Every unit ships with its per-machine diagnostic report and warranty. Full process: inspection guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a 32GB DDR4-2666 ECC LRDIMM cost?

We quote rather than publish, because DDR4 pricing through 2026 has moved too fast for a static figure to stay accurate. Send the quantity and the platform and we will confirm condition and stock and put a firm figure in writing.

What is the difference between LRDIMM and RDIMM?

An RDIMM registers address and command signals; an LRDIMM also buffers the data lines, which is what allows four ranks and this capacity on a single module. The trade is that the two types cannot be mixed in one channel and the platform must support LRDIMM.

2666 or 2133 - which should I buy?

Buy the speed your platform actually runs. A 2666 module in a board that tops out at 2133 will simply run at 2133, so you have paid for speed you cannot use; a 2133 module in a 2666 board pins the channel to 2133. Match the module to the platform's ceiling and you spend nothing on headroom you will never see.

How much memory does 12 of these give me?

Twelve 32GB modules is 384GB, a full twelve-channel population on an EPYC or a 12-slot Xeon Scalable board. On a six-channel platform, six modules gives 192GB with the remaining slots free for later. Tell us the platform and the population you are aiming for and we will check that the ranks per channel stay within what the board supports.

Are these modules new or pulled?

Both are available and the condition is stated line by line before you order. New modules carry the manufacturer warranty process; pulls are tested and carry our own one year written warranty.
