Underside - FCLGA4710 Land Grid Array
The Xeon 6 6700P parts use the FCLGA4710 package, not the LGA4677 socket of 4th and 5th Gen Xeon Scalable, and not the LGA4189 of 3rd Gen Ice Lake. There are no pins on the processor itself - the pins are in the socket - so a quote that lists a 67xxP part as LGA4677 has the socket wrong and will not fit this platform.

TDP is 350W for the 6767P and 6776P against 330W for the 6760P, and the 6760P is DDR5-6400 only - it does not support MRDIMM, which the other two do at 8800 MT/s.
